“Executive Trainee to the Market Area Director Western Europe/CEO Tele2 Netherlands”
As part of our tradition, Tele2 is looking for exceptionally motivated candidates to join the Global Executive Trainee Program, starting September 5, 2011.
As an Executive Trainee you will work closely with an Executive Board member, assisting in his or hers daily work for twelve months. In this case the Market Area Director Western Europe also holding the position as CEO Tele2 Netherlands. The position is recruited and based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
If successful, you will be given an additional challenging six month project within the Tele2 Group or at another Kinnevik company. The work load will be heavy and your work tasks will range from simple and practical assignments to challenging strategic projects. Managed successfully, you will have extraordinary prerequisites for a career within Tele2, something our current Executive Board is proof of, with three out of seven members being former trainees.
Required qualifications
- Degree in Business
- Professional experience, i.e. internships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

- Leadership experience
- International experience, i.e. exchange semesters
- Sports achievements
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Experience from relevant extracurricular activities such as student associations
